The following forms and permit applications are used by the Bureau of Codes to administer City codes and ordinances.

| Bonfire Permit | Staging a bonfire in the City of Williamsport requires use of this permit. |

| PRE-Building Permit | Starting a building or remodelling project? This permit must be completed and submitted BEFORE you start. |
| Pyrotechnics Permit | Want to host fireworks at your event? Make sure you complete and submit this permit license application first! |
| Rental Inspection Checklist | All Rental Properties in Williamsport are required to have a "Certificate of Inspection" issued by the Bureau of Codes. The checklist on the left will be used for the rental unit inspection. You can download this list as a reference to prepare your rentals for inspection |
| Rental Unit License Application | All rental units in the City are licensed, and require regular inspections. |
| Special Events Permit | Holding a public event in the City of Williamsport requires completing this permit. This permit requests information that helps the City coordinate City services that may be needed to manage your event safely and successfully. |
| Special Event Health License Application | To sell food at any Special Event in Williamsport, vendors must complete this license application and be approved. |
| Special Event Merchant License Application | To sell merchandise at any Special Event in Williamsport, vendors must complete this license application and be approved. |
| Designation of Responsible Agent Application | Owners of residential property in the City of Williamsport, who reside outside of Lycoming County, are required to designate a Responsible Agent who resides or owns a business in Lycoming County. |
