All swimming pools deeper than 24 inches within City limits require either a building permit prior to construction, or if collapsible, seasonal "temporary" swimming pools, require a Temporary Swimming Pool Registration.
The inflatable swimming pools currently popular and readily available locally are NOT exempt from swimming pool permit requirements.
