	Rental Inspection Checklist	All Rental Properties in Williamsport are required to have a “Certificate of Inspection” issued by the Bureau of Codes.  The checklist on the left will be used for the rental unit inspection.  You can download this list as a reference to prepare your rentals for inspection.
	Rental Unit License Application	All rental units in the City are licensed, and require regular inspections.
	Special Events Permit	Holding a public event in the City of Williamsport requires completing this permit.  This permit requests information that helps the City coordinate City services that may be needed to manage your event safely and successfully.

	Designation of Responsible Agent Application	Owners of residential property in the City of Williamsport, who reside outside of Lycoming County, are required to designate a Responsible Agent who resides or owns a business in Lycoming County.
